No it’s not admissable/permissable, any screw ups on the search warrant, and any evidence obtained by that warrant will render the case tossed out of court.
This happens all the time and the cops tear the house up and kill pets and sometimes even people but nothing ever happens to them and all they ever say is, “Sorry, wrong house. ” So good luck with that.
